Scout Tours & Badge Programs

Perfect for troops working toward animal-related badges

In our shelter, we host a 60-minute program that includes:

  • Comprehensive shelter tour
  • Learning opportunities about animal care
  • Interactions with our animals (kid-friendly animals selected)
  • Unique scout badge for all child participants

We always make sure to pick kid-friendly animals (though we cannot guarantee which specific animals will be available)

Please Note: Starting in 2025, scouts will be required to provide a signed waiver upon arrival.

Are you working toward an Eagle Scout rank and need a meaningful community service project? We would love to work with you to design a program that creates impact in our community and fulfills your project requirements.

Girl Scout Gold Award Projects

Girl Scouts working on their Silver or Gold Award are welcome to partner with us on projects that benefit animals in our community.
